Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Sendgrid, Supabase, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Sendgrid and Supabase integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sendgrid and Supabase (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sendgrid and Supabase

Sendgrid + Supabase + Slack: When a new email is received (simulating a signup, since a direct Sendgrid signup trigger is unavailable), extract the email address and create a new row in Supabase with the user's information. Then, notify the marketing team in a Slack channel about the new signup.

Supabase + Sendgrid + Slack: When a new user is added to Supabase, send them a welcome email via Sendgrid. Then, notify the marketing team in Slack about the new user signup.
