Add Calendly credential

Add your Calendly account credential in the Latenode Credentials panel. This will allow Latenode to access your Calendly events.

Add your Asana account credential in the Latenode Credentials panel. This will allow Latenode to create tasks in your Asana workspace.

Configure Calendly Invitee Created trigger

Add a Calendly node to your workflow and configure it to listen for the 'Invitee Created' event. This will trigger the workflow whenever a new event is scheduled in your Calendly account.

Map Calendly event data to Asana task

In the Asana node settings, map the relevant Calendly event details (e.g. invitee name, event title, event URL) to the corresponding Asana task fields. This will ensure the Asana task is populated with the necessary information from the new Calendly event.
