Sync Calendly events to new Asana tasks with all details

This automation template allows users to seamlessly connect their Calendly scheduling platform with Asana, a popular task management tool.

Whenever a new event is scheduled in Calendly, the automation will automatically create a corresponding task in Asana, ensuring that all relevant meeting details, such as the event title, attendees, and any notes, are synced between the two systems. This integration streamlines the workflow for users who rely on both Calendly and Asana to manage their schedules and projects, helping them stay organized and on top of their tasks.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

What this template does

  • Creates a new Asana task whenever a new Calendly event is scheduled
  • Syncs the event title, attendees, and notes from Calendly to the Asana task
  • Keeps your Calendly and Asana workflows in sync, ensuring all meeting details are tracked
  • Saves time by automating the process of creating Asana tasks for Calendly events
  • Provides a central hub for managing your scheduled meetings and associated tasks

How it works

1
Trigger

Connect Calendly

Whenever a new event is scheduled in your Calendly account, this automation will be triggered to create a corresponding task in Asana.

2
Logic

Transform event details

The automation will extract key details from the new Calendly event, such as the event title, attendees, and any notes. It will then prepare this data to be synced with Asana.

3
Action

Create Asana task

The prepared event details will be used to create a new task in your Asana workspace. This ensures that all the relevant meeting information is available in your Asana projects, keeping your schedule and tasks synchronized between the two platforms.
