Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Airtable, Confluence, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Airtable and Confluence integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Airtable and Confluence (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Airtable and Confluence

Airtable + Confluence + Slack: When a new record is added to Airtable containing project details, a new Confluence page is created with the project information. A Slack message is then sent to the relevant team channel, notifying them of the new project page.

Confluence + Jira + Airtable: When a Confluence page is updated, a corresponding task is created or updated in Jira. The Jira issue key and a link to the Jira issue are then logged in Airtable for tracking purposes.
