Depending on your setup, data should flow between Asana and Magento (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Asana and Magento

Magento + Asana + Slack: When a new order is placed in Magento, create a task in Asana for the customer success team to follow up on the order. Then, notify the team in Slack about the new task and its associated order details.

Asana + Magento + Google Sheets: This automation tracks completed Asana tasks in a project related to a Magento store launch. When a new subtask is created (assuming task completion triggers subtask creation) in Asana for the relevant project, track the task details in a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.
