Most powerful ways to connect Google Drive and JustCall
Google Drive + JustCall + Slack: When a new file is added to a specific Google Drive folder (acting as a contract repository), a notification is sent via JustCall to the sales team, and a summary of the contract details (e.g., file name, client name) is posted in a dedicated Slack channel.
JustCall + Google Drive + Google Sheets: Whenever a call ends in JustCall, the call details (duration, agent, contact) are logged to a Google Sheet. The call recording is saved to a specified Google Drive folder, and a summary of the call and recording link is added to the Google Sheet for performance tracking.
