Depending on your setup, data should flow between JustCall and Pipedrive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect JustCall and Pipedrive
JustCall + Pipedrive + Slack: When a call is missed in JustCall, a new lead is created in Pipedrive. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the sales team about the missed call and the newly created lead.
Pipedrive + JustCall + Google Sheets: When a new deal is created in Pipedrive, an outbound call is initiated via JustCall to the deal's associated person. The details of this call, including duration and outcome, are then logged in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for tracking and analysis.
