Google Forms + Jira + Slack: When a new form is submitted in Google Forms, a new Jira issue is created. The submission details populate the issue description. Finally, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel to notify the team of the new issue.
Jira + Google Forms + Google Sheets: When a Jira issue is updated, a new row is added to a Google Sheet. This row will contain the details of the updated issue. When the Jira issue transition to "resolved", a Google Form is sent to the reporter to gather feedback.
