In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Harvest, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Harvest or Slack will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Harvest or Slack, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Harvest node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Harvest, Slack, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Harvest and Slack integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Harvest and Slack (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Harvest + Google Calendar + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Harvest, a corresponding event is created in Google Calendar. A notification about the new event is then sent to a specified Slack channel.
Harvest + Google Sheets + Slack: Summarize the time entries from Harvest and log them weekly in a Google Sheet. Then a summary message is sent to a Slack channel.
