Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jira and Kommo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jira and Kommo
Jira + Kommo + Slack: When an issue is updated in Jira and the status is 'Resolved', the flow checks if the issue is related to a specific customer by searching for the customer's information in Kommo. If found, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the sales team about the resolved bug fix request.
Kommo + Jira + Google Sheets: When a new lead is created in Kommo, the flow creates a new issue in Jira to track support requests. It then adds a row to a Google Sheets spreadsheet to log the new deal and the associated Jira issue information.
