Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Pipedrive, Wave, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Pipedrive and Wave integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pipedrive and Wave (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Pipedrive and Wave
Pipedrive + Wave + Slack: When a deal reaches the 'won' stage in Pipedrive, an invoice is automatically created in Wave. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the sales team of the successful deal and the new invoice.
Wave + Pipedrive + Google Sheets: When a new invoice is created in Wave, the details are recorded in a Google Sheet. A note with a link to the invoice is then added to the relevant deal in Pipedrive.
