Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Smartsheet, Zoom, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Smartsheet and Zoom integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Smartsheet and Zoom (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Smartsheet and Zoom

Zoom + Smartsheet + Slack: When a Zoom meeting ends, the automation retrieves meeting details and participant information. This data is then logged into a Smartsheet, and a summary of the meeting attendance is sent to a designated Slack channel.

Zoom + Smartsheet + Google Calendar: When a Zoom meeting is created, its details are recorded in a Smartsheet. Subsequently, an event is automatically created in Google Calendar, ensuring all meeting information is centralized and easily accessible.
