Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Airtable, Circle, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Airtable and Circle integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Airtable and Circle (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Airtable and Circle
Airtable + Circle + Slack: When a new record is added to Airtable, a welcome message is sent to the new member via Circle's direct message feature. A notification is also sent to a Slack channel to alert the team of the new member.
Circle + Airtable + Google Sheets: When a new post is created in Circle, the member's information is retrieved. This information is then used to create a new record in Airtable, and finally, that new record's data is added as a new row in a Google Sheet.
