Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the NetSuite and Signnow integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetSuite and Signnow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and Signnow

NetSuite + Signnow + Slack: When a new sales order is created in NetSuite, and its value exceeds a certain threshold, a contract is created from a template in SignNow and sent for signature. Once the contract is sent, a notification is posted to a designated Slack channel to inform the sales team.

Signnow + NetSuite + Google Sheets: When a document is signed in SignNow, the corresponding record in NetSuite is updated to reflect the signed status. A new row is then added to a Google Sheet to log the event, including details like the document name, signer, and timestamp.
