Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring PDF.co, Twilio, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the PDF.co and Twilio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PDF.co and Twilio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PDF.co and Twilio

PDF.co + Twilio + Google Drive: When a PDF file is uploaded or modified in Google Drive, PDF.co extracts data from it. Twilio then sends this extracted data as an SMS message to a specified phone number. Finally, the original PDF is saved to Google Drive for record keeping.

Twilio + PDF.co + Airtable: When an SMS message is received via Twilio, the content of the SMS is used to populate a PDF form using PDF.co. The data from the completed PDF form is then stored in an Airtable base for tracking and analysis.
