Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ClickUp and Smsapi integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ClickUp and Smsapi (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ClickUp and Smsapi
ClickUp + Smsapi + Google Sheets: When a ClickUp task is updated (specifically, becomes overdue), an SMS reminder is sent to the task assignee, and a log entry is added to a Google Sheet to track overdue tasks.
Smsapi + ClickUp + Slack: When an SMS reply is received, the flow checks the message for keywords indicating a problem. If a problem is detected, a ClickUp task is created, and a message is sent to a Slack channel to alert the team.
