Save and Activate the Scenario

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jira and Signnow integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jira and Signnow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Jira and Signnow

Jira + Signnow + Slack: When a Jira issue is updated, indicating the need for approval, a document is sent via SignNow for signature. Once the document is sent, a notification is sent to the specified Slack channel.

Signnow + Jira + Google Sheets: After a document is signed in SignNow, a new issue is created in Jira to track follow-up actions, and a row is added to a Google Sheet to log the signed document details.
