Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Salesforce, Signnow, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Salesforce and Signnow integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Salesforce and Signnow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Salesforce and Signnow

Salesforce + Signnow + Slack: When a new record (e.g., Opportunity) is created in Salesforce, a document is created from a SignNow template and sent for signature. Once the document is signed, a notification is sent to a specific Slack channel.

Signnow + Salesforce + Google Sheets: When a new event occurs in SignNow (e.g., a document is completed), a record is created or updated in Salesforce with relevant data from the signed document, and this information is also logged in a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
