Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring ActiveCampaign, Teamwork, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ActiveCampaign and Teamwork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ActiveCampaign and Teamwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ActiveCampaign and Teamwork
ActiveCampaign + Teamwork + Slack: When a new contact is added to ActiveCampaign, a new project is created in Teamwork. Then, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the new project.
Teamwork + ActiveCampaign + Google Sheets: When a task is updated in Teamwork (specifically when it's completed), the contact associated with that task in ActiveCampaign is updated. Subsequently, the task details and contact information are added as a new row in Google Sheets.
