Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between CloudTalk and Gmail (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect CloudTalk and Gmail

CloudTalk + Gmail + Slack: When a new call is missed in CloudTalk, an email is sent via Gmail to follow up with the caller. The agent is then notified in Slack to ensure prompt action.

Gmail + CloudTalk + Google Sheets: When a new email arrives in Gmail, the details are logged into a Google Sheet. If the email is labeled as high priority, a callback is created in CloudTalk.
