Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Signnow, Systeme IO, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Signnow and Systeme IO integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Signnow and Systeme IO (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Signnow and Systeme IO

Signnow + Systeme IO + Google Sheets: When a document is fully signed in Signnow, the automation updates the contact information in Systeme IO and logs the event, along with document details, in a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting.

Systeme IO + Signnow + Slack: When a new contact is created in Systeme IO (e.g., through a subscription), a contract is automatically sent for signature via Signnow. Once the contract is sent, a notification is posted to a designated Slack channel to inform the team.
