Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring ActiveCampaign, Awork, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ActiveCampaign and Awork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ActiveCampaign and Awork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect ActiveCampaign and Awork

ActiveCampaign + Awork + Slack: When a deal reaches a closed-won stage in ActiveCampaign, a new project is automatically created in Awork. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team about the new project.

Awork + ActiveCampaign + Google Sheets: When a task is updated in Awork (specifically, when its status changes to 'completed'), customer data in ActiveCampaign is updated to reflect the project's progress. This update, along with other relevant details, is then logged in a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting.
