Depending on your setup, data should flow between Delighted and Grist (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and Grist
Delighted + Grist + Slack: When a new response is received in Delighted, particularly a Detractor score, the details are logged as a new record in Grist. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team.
Grist + Delighted + Zendesk: When a record is created or updated in Grist and meets a certain threshold (e.g., feedback score), a survey is sent via Delighted to gather more information. Simultaneously, a Zendesk ticket is created to address the feedback.
