After configuring Okta, OpenAI GPT Assistants, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Okta and OpenAI GPT Assistants integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Okta and OpenAI GPT Assistants (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Okta and OpenAI GPT Assistants
Okta + OpenAI GPT Assistants + Slack: When a user is deactivated in Okta (detected via a new event), an assistant generates an offboarding message. This message is then sent to the deactivated user in Slack.
Okta + OpenAI GPT Assistants + Google Sheets: When a user access request is detected as a new event in Okta, an assistant summarizes the details of the request. These details, along with other Okta event information, are then recorded in a Google Sheet for audit logs.
