Gmail + OpenAI ChatGPT + Pinecone: When a new email arrives in Gmail, especially those from customers, the content is sent to OpenAI ChatGPT for summarization. The summary, along with relevant metadata, is then stored in Pinecone for future reference and analysis.
Pinecone + OpenAI ChatGPT + Google Sheets: Regularly search for customer feedback scores from Pinecone. Then, for each entry, use AI to draft personalized emails. Save the feedback score and a summary of the drafted email in a Google Sheet for tracking.
