Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jira and Kintone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Jira and Kintone
Jira + Kintone + Slack: When a critical issue is created in Jira, a corresponding record is created in Kintone to track the progress. A Slack message is then sent to the development team to notify them of the new critical issue.
Kintone + Jira + Google Sheets: When a Kintone record is updated, the corresponding Jira issue is updated to reflect the project status. Then, project data is aggregated into a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
