Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Calendly, Pushbullet, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Calendly and Pushbullet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Calendly and Pushbullet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Calendly and Pushbullet

Calendly + Google Sheets + Pushbullet: When a new invitee is created in Calendly, their information is added as a new row in a Google Sheet. A Pushbullet notification is then sent to your phone to notify you of the new appointment.

Pushbullet + Calendly + Slack: When a new push notification arrives in Pushbullet, the flow checks if the push title or body contains a specific keyword (e.g., 'urgent'). If it does, it sends a message to a Slack channel prompting the team to check Calendly for urgent meetings.
