Most powerful ways to connect Calendly and Woodpecker
Calendly + Woodpecker + Google Sheets: When a Calendly invitee is created, this automation retrieves prospect information from Woodpecker using the invitee's email. It then adds a row to a Google Sheet with the Calendly event details and Woodpecker prospect data for performance reporting.
Woodpecker + Calendly + Slack: When an email sequence in Woodpecker results in a prospect clicking a link, this automation checks if the prospect booked a meeting in Calendly. If a Calendly invitee is created with the same email, the automation sends a notification to a Slack channel to alert the sales team.
