Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Asana, Trainerize, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Asana and Trainerize integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Asana and Trainerize (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Asana and Trainerize

Asana + Google Calendar + Trainerize: When a task is completed in Asana, create an event in Google Calendar to schedule a client training session. Use Trainerize to update client information related to the training.

Trainerize + Asana + Slack: When a client achieves a fitness milestone in Trainerize, create a task in Asana to track the achievement. Then, send a message to a Slack channel to notify the team.
