Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Salesforce, TickTick, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Salesforce and TickTick integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Salesforce and TickTick (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Salesforce + TickTick + Slack: When a new lead is created in Salesforce, a task is added to TickTick to follow up with the lead, and a notification is sent to a dedicated Slack channel to inform the sales team about the new lead.
TickTick + Salesforce + Google Calendar: When a task related to a Salesforce opportunity is completed in TickTick, the corresponding opportunity in Salesforce is updated, and a follow-up event is created in Google Calendar to schedule the next steps.
